Ambassador Growth System

To ensure the quality of ambassador work and enhance motivation, the Adot community offers an “Advancement Path” for ambassadors. Outstanding ambassadors will have the opportunity to advance to higher levels, take on more coordination and management responsibilities, and receive higher incentives and community benefits.

The Adot Global Ambassador Program features three levels: Junior Ambassador, Intermediate Ambassador, and Senior Ambassador. After applying, candidates will become Ambassador Candidates and be ranked monthly based on points.

Candidates who accumulate over 2000 points and rank in the top 5 will be promoted to Senior Ambassador. Those with 1000 points and ranking 6–10 will become Intermediate Ambassadors. Candidates with 500 points and ranking 11–15 will be Junior Ambassadors.

This well-structured growth mechanism will ensure that exceptional talent fully realizes its potential within the Adot ecosystem and contributes to the ongoing prosperity of the community.
